Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome to WB&T Co.
These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use the WB&T Co. website and purchase products from us.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About WB&T Co.
WB&T Co. is a UK-based online retail partnership operated by three sisters:
- Willow Charles
- Bella Charles
- Tyra Charles
Willow, Bella and Tyra are responsible for the day-to-day operation of WB&T Co., including product selection, supplier coordination, order management and customer enquiries.
WB&T Co. operates as an online retailer and works with a number of established UK-based suppliers.
Our products are supplied and fulfilled within the United Kingdom. We do not ship products directly to customers from overseas.
We do not operate a large customer-facing warehouse or physical retail shop. Products may be dispatched directly to customers by one of our UK-based supplier partners.

2. Using Our Website
You may use the WB&T Co. website for lawful purposes only.
You must not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the website or interfere with another person’s use of it.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date. However, product information, availability, images and specifications may occasionally change.
If we become aware of a significant error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images and other information are accurate.
Product images are provided to give an indication of the product. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device or other factors.
Where a product is supplied in different colours, sizes or configurations, the options available at the time of purchase will be shown on the relevant product page.
Manufacturers and suppliers may occasionally update product specifications, packaging or designs. Where such changes do not materially affect the product, the product supplied may differ slightly from the website image or packaging.
Where a product has a specific specification that is important to your purchase, please contact us before ordering if you require clarification.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Because we work with a number of UK-based suppliers, product availability can change.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where we cannot fulfil your order, you will be entitled to a refund of any payment made for the unavailable product.
We will not substitute a product with a different product without your agreement.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable for a product is the price displayed on the website at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order. You will have the opportunity to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or receive a full refund.
6. Delivery
We offer tracked UK delivery on applicable products. Delivery information and estimated delivery times are displayed on the website and, where appropriate, during the checkout process.
Our usual delivery aim is within 3 working days, although delivery times can vary depending on the product, supplier and delivery service used.
Orders are normally processed promptly and may be dispatched directly from one of our UK-based supplier partners.
Some products may have different delivery times because of their size, availability, supplier arrangements or delivery requirements. Where a different delivery period applies, this will be indicated on the relevant product page or communicated to you.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery period.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will provide you with relevant information where reasonably possible.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods should be delivered without undue delay and within 14 days as required by applicable consumer law.
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us at:
7. Delivery Risk
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs where possible so that we can investigate the issue with the relevant supplier or delivery company.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Placing an Order
When you place an order through the WB&T Co. website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted if there is an issue with product availability, pricing or another material error.
We will contact you if there is a problem with your order.
Once your order has been accepted, a contract between you and WB&T Co. is formed for the supply of the relevant products.
9. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
We do not normally have access to your full payment card details. Payments are processed through the payment provider selected during checkout.
If a payment cannot be authorised, your order may not be processed.
10. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order from being dispatched.
However, because some orders are processed and fulfilled directly by our UK-based supplier partners, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request received after an order has entered the fulfilment process can be stopped before dispatch.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may still have cancellation and return rights as described below.
11. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the legal exceptions that apply to certain types of goods.
If your order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period generally runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us clearly by email or another appropriate written method.
Contact us to cancel:
Email: contact@wbandt.co.uk
Telephone: 01604 325 977
You do not have to use a particular cancellation form. A clear statement that you wish to cancel your order is sufficient.
12. Returning Goods After Cancellation
If you cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights, you must normally return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.
Please contact us before returning goods so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Goods should be returned in a condition that allows us to assess their condition.
You may handle the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.
We may delay a refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
13. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery service.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, we are not required to refund the additional amount.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise with you.
We will make refunds without undue delay and within the applicable legal time limit. Where goods have been returned, this will generally be within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, subject to the applicable rules.
14. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Your statutory rights are not affected if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of consumer law.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A faulty product
- The wrong product
- A product that is materially different from its description
- A product that is missing parts or components
please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that may help us investigate the problem.
We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your legal rights.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Consumers have statutory rights in relation to goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts those rights.
15. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products may be excluded from the standard statutory cancellation right because of their nature or because specific legal exceptions apply.
Examples can include certain personalised or made-to-order products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other goods covered by statutory exceptions.
Where a legal exception applies to a particular product, we will provide the relevant information before you complete your purchase.
Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected.
16. Returns Process
Please contact us before returning any product.
Email: contact@wbandt.co.uk
We will provide the appropriate return instructions for your order.
Because WB&T Co. works with several UK-based suppliers, the correct return location may depend on the product and the supplier responsible for fulfilment.
For this reason, please do not automatically send a return to our Northampton business address unless we have instructed you to do so.
Our business and returns address is:
WB&T Co.
Unit 1905 Shurgard
Carousel Way
Riverside
Northampton
NN3 9HG
United Kingdom
This address is not open to the public.
17. Return Delivery Costs
Where you are exercising your statutory right to cancel an order, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to cover the cost.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, we will deal with the return and associated costs in accordance with your statutory rights.
We will provide appropriate return instructions where a return is required.
18. Supplier Fulfilment
WB&T Co. works with a number of UK-based suppliers to fulfil customer orders.
Depending on the product purchased, an order may be dispatched directly from the relevant supplier to the customer.
The supplier may therefore appear on the delivery packaging or documentation.
This does not change your contract with WB&T Co. or your statutory rights as a consumer.
WB&T Co. remains your point of contact for customer service, order enquiries, returns and refunds.
19. Changes to Products
Product manufacturers and suppliers may occasionally make changes to packaging, specifications, colours or designs.
Where a change does not materially affect the product’s functionality or advertised characteristics, the product supplied may differ slightly from the website image.
Where a material change affects the product ordered, we will contact you where appropriate.
20. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the WB&T Co. website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and other material, belongs to WB&T Co. or is used with appropriate permission.
You may view and use the website for personal and lawful purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit website content without permission, unless permitted by law.
21. Website Availability
We aim to keep the WB&T Co. website available and operating correctly.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors, interruptions or technical problems.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access where necessary for maintenance, security, updates or other legitimate reasons.
22. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to external websites or services.
These links may be provided for information or convenience.
WB&T Co. is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external websites that we do not operate.
23. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that are not caused by our breach of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section affects your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
24. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include serious disruption to transport networks, extreme weather, natural disasters, major technical failures, industrial disputes, government restrictions or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such an event affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
25. Complaints
We want to resolve any problems quickly and fairly.
If you have a complaint about an order, product, delivery or our service, please contact us:
Email: contact@wbandt.co.uk
Telephone: 01604 325 977
Please provide your order number and explain the issue clearly.
We will review your complaint and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
26. Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we use and protect it.
Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.
27. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal requirements.
The Terms & Conditions that apply to your order will be the version available when you place your order, unless a change is required by law or relates to a matter that does not affect your existing order.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
28. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you will also retain any mandatory rights and protections provided by the laws that apply to you.
